What will your mindset be for the week?
Will you go with whatever feeling you have when you wake up and go with it?
Will you give yourself a moment to accept what you are feeling and decide to keep it (if positive) or change it (if negative).
Changing our attitude can feel hard. However, if we can accept a poor, bad or negative attitude and the feelings around it, that acceptance helps us choose a new outlook.
